Its a 2.11 lb pork tenderloin. I have onion, small red potatoes, baby carrots and beef broth. Going to cook it in the crock pot. How much beef broth do i use. and how long would i cook it for, and do I just through the veggies in raw or cook them a little bit first?? THanks alot.
