Is this computer or alternator?

if vn runs then needs jump and doors lock windows dont move, chimes go off, some dash lite son (tire preure, l blinker, e brake) is this the alternator. i ask as agarage is telling me it is and i dont wwant to get hit with cost that is not so on my 2002 ford windstar...
