Does anyone have Japanese cooking recipe for Salmon Kama or Hamachi Kama?

I ate this as an appetizer and a meal in couple of different Japanese restaurants and it was great! It is broiled Salmon Cheeks, very delicious! Very flavorable. Please help me get the recipe. Thanks! Arigato Gozaimus!
