Work problems???

i work at argos which of course is a stressful place for customers as i know at times, but the management has their favourite members of staff and the other day some of the staff just left their departments and left everyone else on their own which is just as stressful. when i told the manager they just said oh it wasnt busy even though there were jobs to do. should i just forget about it?
