First time flying, please help (easy 10 pnts)?

In 4 weeks I get on a plane and fly for the first time ever. I'm petrified, in total it's a 8 hr flight. Ky to Detroit to Seattle. I'm so scared. I'm asking for any advice. (I don't drink) thanks in advance.
