Is there any chance for my egg to be fertilized?

i have pcod, i never had my period naturally without medication. this month i used clome 50mg for the first time. in my follicular study it showed signs of ovulation. i had the day before and on the day of ovulation. is there any chance for me to me pregnant? when will i know if my egg has fertilized? i have three mature follicles., 2 in my left ovary and 1 in my right, the reports say the dominant follicle has ruptured. is there any chance for other two follicles also to release an egg? and the get fertilized too?
