Is Healthcare reform already unraveling? (RE: Mc Donalds)?

I believe the exception for McDonald would the temporary until the full Heath Bill takes effect. It was obvious that most low wage workers who were not insured on the policies of family members would be subsidizes by the government in the insurance pools. That is McDonald's will have to pay $2000 per worker, the employee 5 or 6 percent of their income, and the government will pay the rest.
