Do you think i'm too strict on my daughters punishment?

Most of it sounds reasonable (I'm 14, and I actually agree with you!!) but the 7:00 bedtime is too early. I think 9 would be acceptable, unless that was her usually bedtime, in which case make it 8:30... Just wondering, what is her curfew? 3 hours late, and she's only 13, what was she doing? you REALLY need to keep an eye on her, or she'll end up in serious trouble. (Also, it really annoys me that you spelled *tough* wrong. Just saying)
