If you get therapy but need to save money,what creative ways are therapuetic 4U/relief from life stresses?

I read something like that in a book i was reading..I think just taking a few mins each day to just be grateful,for the lil things in life...beautiful sunshine out..birds singing...a best friend calling you on the phone...just those small things ppl should be grateful and realize and will feel better.
