Why would a girl copy a guys body language?

If the body language thing happens naturally , then it means she likes you, but if she has a boyfriend it means she likes him too and is obviously off limits. Be a good friend and don't cross the line, if things go sour in the future with her bf you will be the first to know, but don't be the one who gets in between her relationship now because it's bad luck.
